August Strindberg Hotell - Stockholm

By the calm and beautiful Tegnérlunden Park in central Stockholm is the August Strindberg Hotell, with a continental atmosphere and a charming breakfast hall offering lovely garden views. The hotel is named after famous Swedish author August Strindberg, who lived next door and is depicted on a statue in the park. All en-suite rooms provide free wireless internet, phones and TVs and most of them face the garden. Most double rooms have 90 cm wide twin beds and some have queen-size beds. The dining hall boasts an open fire, which creates a cosy atmosphere on cool winter mornings. In summer guests can enjoy breakfast outside in the flowering garden. August Strindberg Hotell’s generous breakfast buffet always includes newly baked bread and fresh fruit. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:00 during the week and between 08:00 and 10:00 on weekends. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is available for guests all day.
