Room information

The west tower has 410 rooms and the east tower has 294 rooms. Most rooms have twin beds. The 25 m² standard rooms have two 105 cm wide beds or a queen-size bed. The Sky rooms are situated on floors 14 -16 in the east tower and guests staying here receive 1 free movie, a free newspaper to collect from the front desk and a discount in the Incontro Restaurant, when showing a key card (excluding beverages). The Sky Executive rooms are situated on the top floors in the west tower. Here guests receive all Sky room benefits and also complimentary room service, free solarium and a VIP breakfast. Guests can also enjoy panoramic views from the hotel's glass lift, which goes exclusively to floors 18-22 and the Heaven 23 Restaurant & Bar.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged SEK 100 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged SEK 250 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
